Beyond the fundamental work of an acting technique, today’s actor evolves in a world full of new challenges and opportunities. Paris Meisner Studio offers a variety of trainings and follow-ups, from career and marketing coaching to screenwriting and film production on Smartphone.

The programs are based on a knowledge of the various teacher trainings of the Meisner technique, but also on other traditional phenomenological teachings as well as on the achievements of educational sciences and trainers’ training.

Everything is done to relieve the actors of the worries and frustrations of research in a field where it can be tedious, to offer them simple, clear and practical programs, where the sources are available and the theory accessible for those who wish to go further

THE MEISNER TECHNIQUE

Based on a few simple yet powerful exercises, the Meisner technique may seem easy to teach. However, it is important for the teacher to understand the flow of the text and the playing directions in a way that is adapted to your personality and your individual problems.

An initiative of a student actor who noticed the great disparities of its teachings in the world, and its very incomplete knowledge in France, Paris Meisner Studio’s first goal was to bring to Paris teachers from all over the world to present you healthy, solid and complementary approaches to this very beautiful technique.

Today, it is a research and development center that draws on the rich history of Sanford Meisner and his successors, without dogmatism or bias, to offer you an ever clearer and more effective practice of your art.

Based on nearly 8 years of investigative work, without dogmatism or bias towards particular teachers or teachings, Paris Meisner Studio offers a rich and complete approach to the beautiful technique of Sanford Meisner. True to its history and functions at every stage, from the rehearsal exercise to the different approaches to the text.

Contemporary research

In the continuity of the efforts undertaken by Meisner and some of his successors, Paris Meisner Studio offers you a multidisciplinary research and development program, integrating Ericksonian hypnosis, NLP, evolutionary psychology, cognitive science and traditional meditation techniques.

Career coaching
